This Privacy Policy governs only the practices of Best Yacht Auctions.   If you interact with any third-party website, application, or other service, their individual privacy policies will apply.  The Website may contain links to third-party owned and/or operated websites, such as our credit card merchants or various vendors whose services may be relevant to the B.Y.A. system process.  We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. These third-party websites have separate privacy and data collection practices, and we have no responsibility or liability relating to them. We recommend you review the privacy policies of these third parties.  

By accessing or using the Website, you are agreeing to this Privacy Policy If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Website, or provide us with any of your Personal Information (as defined below).

We may also collect, use, and share “Vessel-Specific Data”, which includes hull identification numbers, vessel specifications, manufacturer, equipment, and power plant hours (if applicable), as well as photographs and video of our listed Vessels and their appurtenances. Though Personal Information may be derived from Vessel-Specific Data, such as hull identification information, Vessel-Specific Data is provided to us by users to disclose it publicly and is inherently accessible in all media to facilitate the sale of a Vessel.  We may collect, use, and share Vessel-Specific Data even after an auction has closed for marketing and analytical purposes.    

We do not collect any special categories of personal information about you, including details about race or ethnicity, citizenship, medical condition, physical or mental disability, marital and/or family status, religious or philosophical beliefs, veteran or military status, sexual orientation, political opinions, criminal history, health information, or genetic and biometric data.  

How Do We Collect Personal Information?
